• Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or on WhatsApp.
• Pharmacy records. When you present a prescription at our counter, we record the details we are required to keep under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules made under it.
• Technical information. Standard web server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer service.
• To dispense medicines lawfully and maintain the records the law requires us to keep.
• To send you service messages you have asked for, such as a reply to a question you sent us.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health information for advertising.

3. WhatsApp communication

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with customers who choose to message us. If you contact us on WhatsApp:

• Your phone number and the contents of your messages are processed so we can reply to you.
• Messages are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), whose own Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.
• We send messages only to people who have contacted us first or have otherwise opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and we will not message you again.
• Please do not send prescriptions, diagnoses, or other health information over WhatsApp. It is not an appropriate channel for sensitive health data. Speak to our pharmacist in person or by phone.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with: service providers who help us operate (such as our website host and WhatsApp); regulators, law-enforcement, or courts where we are legally required to do so. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep pharmacy records for the period required by law. Contact-form and WhatsApp messages are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, or erase the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and some pharmacy records must be retained by law even if you ask us to erase them.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
